  Baseball/Softball/Lacrosse/Tennis

Goals for Training:

  • Increase explosive power and strength
  • Improve linear and lateral speed, agility and quickness
  • Reduce potential for injury during competition

Our 1.5 hour performance training sessions are designed to fine tune the skills necessary to excel in baseball/softball/lacrosse or tennis. The first half of the work out centers on movement (both speed and agility).

  • Improving acceleration and deceleration (get to the ball faster or get down the line faster)
  • Stability and balance (get to the ball in proper position)
  • Speed development (cover the field or the baseline faster)
  • Lateral and linear movement techniques

The second half of the work out concentrates on increasing your strength:

  • Proper lifting techniques are taught
  • Functional strength training (training for your sport)
  • Programs are progressive in nature to challenge the athlete
  • Core rotational strength (helps you increase your bat, stick or racquet speed)
