Baseball/Softball/Lacrosse/Tennis
Goals for Training:
Our 1.5 hour performance training sessions are designed to fine tune the skills necessary to excel in baseball/softball/lacrosse or tennis. The first half of the work out centers on movement (both speed and agility).
The second half of the work out concentrates on increasing your strength:
